Orädd. Trägen. Lyhörd. Jag hade förmånen att vara Filips chef under många år på inUse. Filip var helt avgörande för Malmökontorets goda utveckling, både vad gäller det affärsmässiga, men också när det gäller den fina kultur som han skapade tillsammans med de andra på kontoret. Filip är orädd. Han ser saker för vad de är, och gör det som behöver göras. Filip är trägen. Han håller fast när andra vacklar, och han styr verksamheten tryggt framåt, även i tider av osäkerhet.
