  After the presentation of the project for the first Offshore Aquaculture in Portugal on a large scale, I embraced the challenge of making this happen.Being in this project since the first day, I have performed different functions simultaneously to ensure the correct functioning of the company.So, I started my duties as a Main Diver, having as main functions:- the inspection of floating cages and the entire submerged structure that holds the nets and cages in place.- Inspection and maintenance of nets, collection of mortality and records of fish behavior- Inspection of the structure at all connection points, including knots, shackles.- Anchoring system inspection and maintenance- Diving team formation to accompany the company's growth- Choice and acquisition of equipment necessary for the functions of DiverDuring the initial phase and up to the present, I perform the role of Assistant Farm Manager with roles such as:- Choice of materials and contact with suppliers- Coordination and assembly of the entire Mooring System- Personnel management and planning for the various daily, weekly, and monthly operations.- Coordination of all types of operations:- Arrival of juveniles- Nets assembly and exchanges- Sampling, Transfers and Grading- Feeding- HarvestIn addition to the role of Assistant Farm Manager, I also assumed the role of Land Manager:- Coordinating the maintenance team for necessary tasks- Network management your repair, cleaning and drying- Synchronization of the logistics required to support the sea teamIn the last three months I have been assisting as Assistant Production Manager, so that I can replace the production manager when necessary:- Controlling of AQUAMANAGER production software:- Data entry- Planning feeding, harvests, transfers, and growth- Management of stock and orders

  TUNA DIVE TOURS, is the tourism branch of TUNIPEX S.A.It is a Dive Center and School that operates during the tuna feeding season in ocean cages.Here we present to the customer or tourist to our structure and the way the Tunipex work with nature.- Reception and Briefing clients in Portuguese, English or Spanish- Organization of diving exits,- Booking and customer service by email and phone- Maintenance and repair of diving equipment- Monitoring customer as Dive Master- Diving baptisms to clients- Teaching of diving course CMAS P1- Administration, invoicing and accounting of the diving center- Paper work with the new students of the diving course

  After the company's Flying Sharks return, the facilities at Tunipex S.A., LIVE FISH TUNIPEX becomes a direct supplier of live fish, to public aquariums and other intermediates in the Iberian Peninsula and Europe.So in addition to the functions of capture, quarantine and animal welfare of the specimens. I now have the function of managing this branch of the company, with the following functions:- Planning, assembly and maintenance of RAS and LSS.- Coordinate catches and orders according to available space.- Direct contact with customers, writing proposals and budgets.- Preparation of logistics necessary for the delivery of live fish to our customers.- Preparation of tanks and materials for our deliveries.- Renovation and assembly of new tanks and quarantine systems.- Experimentation of new practices for independent transport of live fish.- Search of suppliers and ordering of materials necessary for the proper functioning of the facilities.
