I currently work in IT and Administration for the company where I am an office 365 and sharepoint admin. I also fix any technical issues that the staff are having with their computers. When I am not doing IT work I process accounts, do payroll and franchise returns, and work as a PA for the licensee. I am also in the process of consulting with a software company to streamline the customer experience as well as automate certain jobs with new programs I used to show residential rental properties to prospective tenants. To be successful in this role I had to deliver a high quality experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
