Analysis of European regulatory frameworks of the veterinary profession – including codes of professional conduct and position statements – from the 40 European Countries members of the Federation of Veterinarians of Europe, to assess how (or whether) veterinary regulators and scientific organizations have dealt with the issue of non-conventional practices. Mapping the teaching of evidence-based veterinary medicine at Portuguese veterinary schools, and mixed-methods approach to identify knowledge and opinions of the veterinary academic community. I was recently a member of the Scientific and Organizing Committee of the symposium "Teaching Evidence-Based Veterinary Medicine: from Theory to Practice" at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, where I also presented preliminary results of my ongoing research work.
