  I’m part of process team, my responsibility is managing, setting up and improving WMS Astro.Our company have launched operations in new warehouse completely from a scratch.   Responsible for running the warehouse and in the same time material flow to the production lines in mode JIS. For fulfilling these I have been entrusted managing and leading team of supervisors in the warehouse who were reporting me actual overall situation of all warehouse operators results each shift. Team around 200 person totally.Responsible for issuing and adjusting work instructions, setting up processes for storing, material flow, manipulation and handling with material. Regular reporting, investigations and analyse production or process issues and implementation solutions to the problems was daily routine. I used excel and SAP daily as well as other internal systems (MES,QMS, etc.).Everyday cooperation with other departments to ensure our and customer goals in the highest quality possible. My long-term goal was to come up and realise solutions for more complex problems which require involvement other deparments especially close interaction with IT.Projects responsible for – utilization PDA interface, optimalization goods receiving process connected directly to handling unit proces creation, making request for creating new SAP transactions with specified logic, MES requests for setting scanning system on the line.
