  WEG is one of the largest manufacturers of electric motors in the world and a market leader in energy efficient electric motors. I was responsible for technical sales, after-sales support and technical documentation of electric motors, large electrical machinery and automation products. Working in close relation to our KAM's to support our customers. During 2013 I was overall responsible for the implementation of a new ERP system. Working with a team consisting of WEG employes as well as external consultants in the implementation of SAP business one. In relation to the system change we also established new procedures and workflows for the daily business.
