I myself have hands-on experience implementing and using ConnectWise with an MSA, plus an extensive background in business management. I’ve been developing data-driven business intelligence solutions to operational and financial problems for essentially the last 20 years. I understand both the numbers, and the demands of the marketplace. I’m a firm believer in automating steps and decisions to reduce bottlenecks, using technology to improve results, and in the power of software and reporting tools to transform raw data into actionable information.
