The company has a large production capacity that meets with national demand. Sulphuric Acid plant 1 has a production capacity of 52,000 Metric tons per year.Sulphuric Acid plant 2 has a production capacity of 60,500 Metric tons per year.Alum plant has a production capacity of 90,000 Metric tons per year. Drury Sulphuric acid is produced by the contact process. Raw materials are imported from Europe. Drury Sulphuric acid follows NIS specification. The company has won several Gold standard awards. Drury Sulphuric acid is 98.5% concentrated with S.G of 1.84 g/cm3. Acid is used in Fertilizers, Mining, Purification of ore, Offshore oil drilling, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Breweries in bottle washing, Textiles Industry, various places in the Steel Industry, Aluminum Processing, leather processing and enamel industry, ink and resin industry.

Conducted sampling tests using aseptic methods. Conducted chemical and microbiological analysis (QC batch release) of raw materials, intermediates and finished therapeutic drugs to ensure high quality products and safety. The analysis include stability storage and accelerated ageing studies, residual solvent testing, water analysis, sterilization of reusable devices and heavy metals analysis. Conducted several chemical and bacteriological tests on treated water samples which is the principal raw material. The chemical tests include TDS, BOD, heavy metals, pH, turbidity, phosphate and nitrates amongst others.
