  Oversee FSO operations. Coordinate cargo loading and offloading operations in accordance with regulatory requirements, and ensure proper accountability. Contribute to the achievement of approved Performance Objectives for the function in line with the Company Performance framework. Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards and best practices.Responsibilities:  Timely arrangement of all cargo liftings. Secure and maintain all required permits for evacuation. Coordinate clearing of Export tanker. Supervise cargo discharge activities. Prepare cargo documents. Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of Offtake personnel. Post Lifting Cargo Analysis Issue forecasts for cargo lifting. Monitor production, offtake and forecasts, adjusting offtake schedules as necessary. Monitor and take action to resolve, anticipated failure to lift. Prepare crude oil storage reports - daily, weekly, monthly and annually. Issue post-facto revisions to cargo offtakes and update forecasts. Handle demurrage calculations after cargo Lifting operations Perform tanker vetting procedures. Monitor for, and take action to resolve, failure to nominate. Monitor timely arrival of tankers, and manage substitution of vessels where necessary. Coordinate cargo shuttle discharge operations from Okoro and Otakikpo Terminals to FSO Ailsa Craig1. Coordinate periodic calibration of LACT unit in line with statutory requirement. Plan and supervise maintenance of floating cargo hose-string and tandem mooring lines. Control movement of vessels in and out of Ima Terminal. Liaise with Team’s lead - Operations Manager, and Line Manager for feedbacks and tracking of progress.
