I've worked alongside Fernando for close to two years now, we grew up together in the company. During the first year, even working in different areas, I always saw Fernando as a very interested and dedicated person in what he does, being the Product Owner with the largest number of projects sold and highest sales throughout the year. In the second year, we worked side by side as company directors. Fernando faced the challenge of leading the entire business process within the company, from sales to marketing, and implemented bonus policies and customer relationship management within the business team.
