I am pleased to recommend Fernando. Fernando excelled at project management and at team building. He was able to face challenges head-on and find creative ways to overcome them. He was able to build, lead and manage teams. He intuitively knew when there was a need to scale up company resources efficiently to meet a deadline. He was intellectually curious and felt comfortable exploring new technologies. He was able to communicate effectively across cultures and he worked on projects on 5 continents. He also was genuine, trustworthy and productive which allowed him to create long term value for our organization. He mentored newer members to the team, provided technical training and demonstrated maturity to them. Fernando was creative, focused, motivated, reliable and efficient. I highly recommend him and believe he would be an asset to any company.

I had the pleasure to work with Fernando when I joined the SIS team. Fernando was responsible for my training and integration into the team. He is great at teaching and getting people engaged in the learning process. Fernando is the kind of professional that has the ability to transform an idea into concrete actions and steps to achieve a goal. He is extremely creative and restless when facing a challenging situation and always finds a clever solution. He is a hardworking and very dedicated professional to everything he's responsible for. Besides being an excellent professional and teammate, Fernando is an exceptional human being. He is kind, comprehensible, and perceptive to the different environments and social structures. He is always keen to understand and to make the world we live in a better place. I am sure he will do great things wherever he goes.
