AGRITRADE is a group of companies with Bolivian and Dutch ownership dedicated for the production and export of agricultural products, coffee and peanuts; with a combined turnover of +8M of dollars per year.As Chief Financial Officer – CFO of the group, I reported directly to the CEO of the company and was in charge of the accounting and finance department of 3 companies: • Agrícola Cafetalera Buena Vista S.A.- • Productora y Comercializadora de Cafe, Agricafe S.A. • Comercializadora Agrinuts S.A. The comprehensive areas of focus included: budgeting of the three companies, reporting of financial reports, managing personnel, taxes, and operations in different cities with different needs, reporting the results and management of the company to the shareholders' meeting and the group's board. The company had 290 employees and an annual turnover of $30 million. I reported directly to the CFO (Financial Director) of the company and lead a team of 6 people. During this period I led the implementation of an automated Cash Management System that served for online information and decision-making. That tool is still used today. During this period, more than $32 million per year were managed, approved, and analyzed. I was part of the team that created a long-term financial model for creating a business plan that included the analysis of new Senior lender debt for almost $17 million. I personally managed a leasing financing system backed by an autonomous equity trust that allowed nearly $2 million investment. I also led 2 management projects for the CEO, the first with KPIs through a monthly Dashboard and the second developing margin indicators and EBITDA by product. I was also designated the Leader of the Revenue Assurance Project designed to analyze the company's resources needed to secure projected revenue in the short term During this period I learned to work in a corporate environment with many managements, areas, and with many different people to achieve specific company goals.
