  Since 2017, Fernando leads Fundación Paraguaya's challenge of activating the entrepreneurial potential of 1,000 families in the community of Cerrito, Paraguay to eliminate their multidimensional poverty, over a period of 3 years. This initiative is called Cerrito Poverty Stoplight and is based on the Poverty Stoplight methodology, where each family measures its quality of life in 50 indicators and draws up its Life Map to implement concrete solutions to their needs.
