As the Headmaster of Northridge School Mexico, a top private school located west of Mexico City, I have been working on institutionalizing the school since 2014. I have successfully created an executive committee and professionalized the hiring of foreign teachers, resulting in a reduced turnover rate. I have also been responsible for opening the high school, developing a character education program, and graduating the first five classes in the school's history. In addition, I have managed the school's growth, increasing the student population from 350 to 510 and the number of teachers from 40 to 120. During my tenure, the school has been implementing an operation by committees of the board of trustees. Northridge is in the process of designing a new school campus, which is set to open in August 2024. I am also responsible for opening the evening school that same year. As a K-12 school with 80% of subjects taught by native English-speaking teachers, a focus on music and sports, and a commitment to providing the highest academic education to international standards, Northridge School Mexico is an outstanding institution.
