  As part of our MBA thesis, I had the opportunity to work on a project regarding Water Management at Ingka Holding, specific for IKEA stores. We provided an internal As-Is analysis of the current policies, processes and projects, evaluated new KPIs and performed a benchmark of the best solutions to save water, as well as leading companies in water security. Finally, we recommended future steps Ingka should pursuit through proposed solutions and a Strategic Guidance Framework for future projects.
