  Dankocom LTY LTD is a joint venture between two Spanish companies. Sener Ingeniería y Sistemas and Cobra. Dankocom is the EPC company in charge of the construction of a 100 MW Thermosolar plant in Upington, Northern cape, South Africa. As one of the two CFO of the company I´m part of the management. I prepare the financial information of the board meetings; I review the budget of the project; I´m in charge of the internal and external audit; I review the accountancy; I lead the financial team; I´m in charge of the bank relationship looking for the best financial instruments of the market; I prepare and manage the CF and I also represent the company in meetings with third parties.
