- Facebook (and Instagram) campaigns creation and optimization. Using different kinds of placements (feeds, stories, right column, marketplace...), ad formats (collection, carousel, single image, video, dynamic creative...), objectives (conversions, catalogue sales, leads, post engagements...) and audiences (lookalikes, retargeting, prospecting by interests...). I'm also familiar with DPA (dynamic product ads). - Data analysis: Keeping ROAS in line is my main objective. Trying to increase budgets and mantain a profitable ROI is not always an easy task. It's important to know how to read into different KPIs like CPCs, CPMs, CTRs, Conversion Rates, etc. Also important to move fast in the plataform, and constatly test, change what is not working and be able to read how much money you can spend to keep things working properly. - Working hand to hand with the creative department to inform what kind of creativities we need and help them (thanks to previous data) to create the best images and videos to maximize conversions. - Open line with a Facebook account manager from the SMB program. Weekly calls with a Facebook representative to know the insides, the new products of the plataform and recomendations. - Test new strategies and expand to new countries. International expansion and testing new marketing strategies is essential to the company growth.
