  As System handover lead my responsibility is to coordinate and manage the systems transfer from commissioning stage to operation. Close working relationships with departments (commissioning, operation, engineering, maintenance) are required to ensure the completion of the requested testing, inspection, maintenance and trouble solving to transfer of responsibilities. To achieve this goal the main duties are: - Bridging the links between departments to keep the work progressing and ensure compliance, identifying any possible deviation or impact on the schedule. - Chairing System Readiness periodic meeting to follow up and present the system status report to project management and the customer (TVO). - Management of commissioning work preparations and handover to Operations. - System preparations, covering construction/installation, commissioning and operation phases for internal inspections. - Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues with commissioning and engineering. - Preparation and update of procedures linked to System Preparation Group responsibilities. - Chairing System Handover meeting to justify the evidence to the customer (TVO) and Finnish - Regulator (STUK) and get the corresponding protocol inspection signed.
