During my tenure in Enigen UK as CRM Consultant I have been part of end to end implementation of Oracle Sales Cloud for a wide range of customers being the functional and technical lead. My duties start with pre-sales meetings (understanding customer needs and functional processes and then providing functional and technical expertise of what can be achieve with Sales Cloud), estimates elaboration, build of functional design and data model, project implementation, UAT support, admin training and go-live activities. As part of the Sales Cloud implementations I have had the opportunity to work in end to end projects from the initial workshops (to gather customer requirements), elaborating the Functional Design document with the functional and technical solution, building the solution, UAT support, go-live setup and post-go-live support. During my tenure in INSA as CRM Consultant I worked in the maintenance project of Siebel for Orange (France Telekom). This experience gave me the opportunity to get a full understanding of all the phases of a project end to end. From gathering requirements directly from end user to go-live implementation and support, going through the building of the solution, estimate the costs, building of the solution, unit testing and UAT support. Functionally, I could gather customer facing experience by gathering requirements and following up the progress of projects on a daily basis. Also, the elaboration of solutions could imply to interact with other teams or partners to develop a unified solution across different products. Technically, I had the chance to gather technical expertise with different Siebel tools such as: eScript, Workflows, Business Services, Integration Objects, List Of Values, Products, EAI, CTI, Products, Order Configurations or Web Services. But also, as Global Delivery team leader establishing lines of action, explaining designs and requirements, assigning tasks, scheduling target testing and delivery dates. Reviewing configuration and coding to ensure that software meets Siebel Best Practices recommended by Oracle. Testing software before delivery to Integration testing environment and, if required, fixing bugs or mistakes to ensure the software quality and business needs before delivering to pre-production environments.
