      During my tenure in INSA as CRM Consultant I worked in the maintenance project of Siebel for Orange (France Telekom). This experience gave me the opportunity to get a full understanding of all the phases of a project end to end. From gathering requirements directly from end user to go-live implementation and support, going through the building of the solution, estimate the costs, building of the solution, unit testing and UAT support. Testing software before delivery to Integration testing environment and, if required, fixing bugs or mistakes to ensure the software quality and business needs before delivering to pre-production environments.
