I had the pleasure of working with Fernando for 4 years, whilst he was the Director of Operations at Carglass Brazil. In my experience Fernando was one of those rare natural leaders, who could carry the whole team with him through the most complicated change programs and still deliver consistently improved results. Fernando was also massively influential and very well respected by his fellow Operations Directors Globally and regularly supported the wider organisation in delivering significant improvements in the organisational KPI's. I would personally recommend Fernando to any company as a charismatic dynamic Leader who will deliver results across all areas.

Over the years I have seen Fernando mature and become a real leader. He is very customer and process oriented and has achieved fantastic results with Carglass Brazil. Not only financial results, but he has also developed his people and built a world class team. One of the things that I admire most is his calmness.
