I have the pleasure to have Maria as my student for the Advanced Diploma of Marketing course at Laneway Education. Maria is a great student and professional, she's very dedicated, committed and she learns really fast. She's also very focused and always applies what she learns in class in real life. The whole program is delivered in English, and even though this is Maria's second language, this is definitely not a barrier. She has excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English. She's a great leader, team player and she's also great on presentations and project work. I highly recommend Maria, any team wi be very lucky to have her on board.

I led the recruitment process from end-to-end and coached managers in best practices in behavioral-based interviewing techniques. In partnership with our founder, we conducted job evaluations and the consistent application of remuneration and benefits policies. Achievement: I was responsible for creating and implementing the Human Resources area, its strategies, policies, and KPIs by Australian regulations. During this time, I led the staff selection processes for each business unit, ensuring all protocols, deadlines, and guidelines. My team and I studied new labour trends and current labour market conditions to ensure the company the selection of candidates, with the required profile in the specified time and amounts.
