  During this time, I led the staff selection processes for each business unit, ensuring all protocols, deadlines, and guidelines.My team and I studied new labour trends and current labour market conditions to ensure the company the selection of candidates, with the required profile in the specified time and amounts. I also monitored the process of labour relationships, disciplinary procedures, and hiring.One of the greatest achievements in this role was the opening of two new national sites (Cali and Pereira), with more than 200 vacancies each, executing the entire selection, hiring, and training process, achieving a reduction in service times and the closing process by 30%.
