The GMEC research group works on applications of theoretical, experimental, and numerical methodologies to address problems related to laminar and turbulent flow (with and without heat transfer), flow machines, heat transfer in solids, optimization in solids under thermal and/or mechanical loads, and mass transfer.My research was at the application of "continuous wavelet transform - CWT" - in the analysis of transient signals with and without intermittency and identify periods with low energy levels.
