(ii) “Intercultural Job Placement for Indigenous Urban Youth” (US$1.5 million) supporting Oxfam-Quebec in the development and testing of an intercultural education and job placement model, using art to strengthen soft skills. I also participated in the preparation of case studies and peer-reviewed project documents and evaluations for Bolivia and other countries.• Social Entrepreneurship and the EcoMicro Programs (2012-2017). Participated in the design and supervised projects with key Bolivian microfinance institutions (Diaconía-FRIF, FUBODE, FONDECO) aimed at developing microcredit products to improve access to finance and basic services, and to help small agricultural producers better adapt to climate change.
