Responsibilities:- Plan and manage the structure of multiple design projects.- Proposal and layout design.- Coordinate change requests and feedback on design content.- Supervise and review production workflow.- Train and mentor junior designers.Tasks and duties:- Organize and structure the content needed for each project.- Create professional design and layout for a range of editorial media.- Develop project proposals.- Coordinate, manage and review requested changes. - Coordinate and manage the production area (designers and developers team).- Supervise and communicate the progress of each design project to the Creative Director.- Assist revisions and ensure projects meet high quality standards.- Deliver projects meeting all internal and external deadlines.- Project delivery to Creative Director.- Contribute to the ideation process and sharing new organizational standard methods.
