      Estuve un par de meses como gerente de proyectos dentro de BI, fui responsable del lanzamiento de Duracell Power Rewards, Duracell Power Rewards Appy Duracell Academy, un programa de lealtad, la app del programa y una plataforma educativa para Duracell en diferentes países de Latinoamérica como Perú, Paraguay, Panamá, Guatemala y República Dominicana; junto con el Gerente de Cuenta para la planificación del lanzamiento del nuevo proyecto. Dentro de mis responsabilidades se encontraban, planificar, coordinar, ejecutar, delegar y supervisar todas las actividades relacionadas con el programa: contenido de plataforma del programa, manuales de usuarios, plantillas de respuestas a preguntas frecuentes, comunicaciones, campañas, abono de puntos, gestión de participantes, estadísticas, pruebas, entre otras actividades y entregables.Entre las responsabilidades que ejercía como gerente, debía mantener un contacto directo y firme con el cliente responsable de Duracell y con cada gerente por país, para conocer tendencias mensuales para cada mercado, establecer objetivos para cada país, entender la demanda de productos, conocer la moneda y establecer incentivos que realmente tuvieran motivada a la red de distribuidores para cada país, además de afrontar cualquier problema que pudiera surgir durante el lanzamiento del programa, creación y prueba de promociones, además de creación de campañas de comunicación / motivación para cada promoción mensual por cada país, sin olvidar acompañamiento y escalamiento correcto de aclaraciones, manejo de presupuestos, objetivos y cumplimiento de métricas del proyecto. Realicé diversas tareas de coordinación, como gestión de riesgos, agendas, junto a labores administrativas, como mantener la documentación, manejo y gestión de actividades para el lanzamiento correcto de la App y la plataforma.       Ejercí por más de un año como coordinadora de proyectos para BI, fui responsable de administrar, gestionar y organizar el programa de lealtad Ford Elite Plus y Lincoln Premier para el área de Servicio, en Ford Motor Company.El programa de lealtad se llevaba a cabo de manera mensual, establecía en conjunto con el cliente, objetivos de facturación y venta por persona para cada distribuidora y se tenía presupuesto en efectivo que yo dispersaba de manera mensual a cada colaborador que alcanzara sus objetivos.Entre las responsabilidades que ejercía como coordinadora, establecí un trabajo estrecho y continuo con el cliente para controlar el progreso de objetivos, además de afrontar cualquier tema que pudiera surgir durante el desarrollo del mismo, involucrando promociones, creación de campañas de comunicación / motivación para cada promoción mensual compartida vía mail, banners y comunicación a través de otros canales internos de la compañía, sin olvidar acompañamiento y escalamiento correcto de aclaraciones por dispersiones, manejo de presupuestos, objetivos y cumplimiento de métricas del proyecto. Realicé diversas tareas de coordinación, como gestión de riesgos y agendas, junto a labores administrativas, como mantener la documentación del proyecto, manejo y gestión de presupuestos. Para desempeñar este cargo satisfactoriamente, desarrollé excelentes capacidades comunicativas, de gestión del tiempo y de análisis de datos para toma de decisiones estratégicas.Gracias a la colaboración constante con cliente y equipos internos, pude ofrecer resultados mensuales y solucionar cualquier inquietud que pudiera surgir dentro del programa.Dentro de los deberes como coordinadora de proyectos fueron, asegurarme de que todos los proyectos se completaran de manera puntual, sin exceder el presupuesto, y cumpliendo los estándares de alta calidad, además de mantener informada y motivada a la red de distribuidores y a BI.
