Bio
Billy Pickett
Jonathan was an intern at Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs during the spring semester of 2018. His attention to detail and strong work ethic, coupled with his "can-do" attitude and positivity around the office made him an ideal researcher for our Asia Dialogues program. Jonathan was a strong, independent worker with exceptional communication skills who thrived in our relatively small organization. It is no doubt that he has immense potential and would be an asset to any team that he wishes to join.
Denny Cosmo, SHRM-CP
I was in the same peer group with Jonathan during the 2017 Student Veterans of America Leadership Institute in Dallas, Texas. The top one hundred student veterans from all over America had group discussions on values, vision, purpose, and servant-leadership. Guest speakers included former President George W. Bush and former VA Secretary Bob McDonald. Our mentor was former VA Assistant Deputy Sloan Gibson. Jonathan stood out to me. His selection as one of the top 100 student veterans to attend is testament alone to his values, experience, and commitment to servant-leadership. As an individual, Jonathan demonstrated an innate ability to communicate effectively and lead group discussions. He is a man of character and wisdom. He is, no doubt, an asset to any organization fortunate enough to work with him.
