      My responsibilities included debriefing job cards, making sure that all jobs will got charged for correctly by finance, meeting deadlines, working both in a team and individually, prioritising workload, and most of all delivering a high standard to our costumers in order to be first choice for them. Worked on AIMS, iFleet, iBookings and BMS systems. I also help out my colleagues, manager at the front end of the process with creating job cards, moving vehicles on the database and work closely with other departments. I am constantly looking for something to do that is not in my area.

      Being a personal carer I have a lot of responsibility, because has Chris cerebral palsy and has no speech, him and I together deal with his everyday problems. I have a very deep insight view to what kind of needs a disabled person might have. I picked up a lot of computer knowledge here (tobii and liberator systems, plus standard desktop and laptop computers on various operating systems) and matured as a person.
