  As the second iteration of our band, Ava Love was launched to bring our music in another direction. We started recording the album in Tape Studios in Edinburgh and have a couple of singles released currently with a view to release the whole album eventually. It was an interesting experience trying to cultivate a brand new sound for ourselves but it was thoroughly enjoyable and we feel the 80's Cyber-Punk sound suited us well.   Working in the industry as a bass player in the band Bwani Junction, I experienced years of working with professional musicians and event managers all around the world from Malawi to Vietnam. After 2 albums and over 800 shows, I feel I have gained many valuable skills in the industry I love. Along with writing and performing our own albums, we had the chance to cover Paul Simon's Graceland album with 3 of the original members who recorded on the album, which culminated in a grand headline show at Celtic Connections in 2016.
