As social activists and researchers Te Whangai in conjunction with Datacom are developing a quadruple bottom line sustainability measure – the SEEC Data Cube. Designed so all businesses and organisations can improve their regenerative effectiveness and to allow community, clients and stakeholders to assess business collective social, environmental, economic and cultural (SEEC) impact on Aotearoa, and the world. By capturing this data, the SEEC Data Cube becomes an open resource valuation methodology facilitating business SEEC improvement. Te Whangai pushes concepts and mixes ideas until it finds the solution to achieving the objectives of its people. Over 672 graduates have successfully moved through our native plant nursery based programs since 2007. The fact Te Whangai does not conform to the existing paradigm by following the old colonial model, or even the U.S model, is what makes it an indigenous New Zealand ecopreneurial and community initiated enterprise. This uniqueness is something the participants at all levels of the Trust are extremely proud of. From the starters to the staff, managers, graduates, trustees and directors. Highly skilled. Fully independent. Well connected. Person centred. The Te Whangai team are seasoned industry veterans and experts when navigating and negotiating the Justice, Health and Corrections systems. Yet our focus is in recovery pathways for our people. People who are in transition. Transpacific Securities provided consultancy services to property developers seeking construction and development finance in NSW and Queensland. Specialising in bank and non-bank structured finance options for developer's TransPac became well known for its solutions, advice and results with the Senior Brokers operating from referrals only. This was part of its Mission Statement. An integral part of Transpacific Securities was its small residential mortgage Broker Unit funding deals through ts own branded residential mortgage products - underwritten by Australian Mortgage Securities - in conjunction with the main bank products through its accreditation with Australian Finance Group. These products often formed part of the Lending Strategy for property developers.
