I had the pleasure of working with Ferenc my first year at Rapala. Working with Ferenc is fun, engaging and productive. He is thoughtful and thorough in his approach and always put his best foot forward no matter the size of the project. Ferenc brings an equal balance of creative and technical interactive skills to his work, which is a difficult combination to find. On top of this, he keeps consumer usability top of mind as well as the data structure and coding implications of each project: this is a powerful time- and money- saving approach to web design. At the same time, Ferenc is able to quickly shift gears and change priorities to align with the business' evolving needs. He does this all while keeping up with the latest trends and techniques to keep his skills fresh and best-in-class, as shown by the two accolade-winning responsively-built microsites that he single-handedly built over the course of only a few months.
