Graeme Taylor

One of the best people, I have had the pleasure to work with. Fe is authentically passionate about the whole recruitment & onboarding process, really investing in people and taking them with her. In the time I worked with Fe, she seems to be exceptionally well connected with everyone regardless of industry, and everyone I came across all spoke highly of her as well. I would dearly love to work with Fe again in the future she is brilliant colleague, manager, advisor and a true asset to any organisation.

Jack Stuart, Assoc CIPD

An outstanding recruitment and people professional. Fe is incredibly knowledgable about all things recruitment and displays an exceptional ability to work close with and partner with all levels of the organisation. She works hard to be the face of the organisation and is immensely passionate about what she does. A brilliant colleague, a good friend and an all round amazing human being.

Great Britain's Gambling industry is in a state of constant change, fuelled by shifting consumer behaviour and the rapid growth of technology. Gambling touches every part of society and that means the Commission’s work does too. This was a uniquely challenging and evolving environment, and my role was to look for the right people to ensure we could meet the demands of both a market which was constantly growing in complexity and the Commission’s developing regulatory remit. The role recruited all levels up to and including working with Central Government to recruit the Chair and the CEO. The Commission also regulated the National Lottery, and I recruited the team for the 4th National Lottery Licence Competition. Joining the Commission meant joining a dynamic, high profile sector and being at the cutting edge of regulation, where the work has a real impact on people's lives. It also meant joining an organisation that is inclusive, respects work-life balance and is dedicated to helping colleagues achieve their full potential.

Harper James Solicitors is a pioneering modern commercial law firm that works with clients exclusively under retainer in order to provide them with unrivalled access to corporate, commercial, property, dispute resolution and employment solicitors. When I joined Harper James it was essentially a start-up disrupter and my part-time role here came with a direct sourcing remit. I recruited Freelance Commercial Consultant Lawyers during my two years as well all other staff needed including Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Legal Assistants and Finance.
