Kreatif Bersama (called as KB), a global mobile multimedia company group with the integrity workers through the best vision and mission.. KB have added colours to the world of business along with several partners in the fields of content provider, VAS and advertising, there are PT. LinkIT 360, PT. Pass Indonesia, PT. Yatta Eracipta Solusi, PT. Warung Kreasi Indonesia, PT. Three Ocean Ideas, and entertainment company namely PT. Seven Stars Entertainment, and in the field of contruction service and developer company that is PT. Cipta Bangun Gemilang. The best experience I ever had that i could gives some contribution for KB and its affiliates. I could learn more, especially providing legal opinions, legal writing, legal research and negotiating with partner(s) within or outside Indonesia, legal review focused on nationally or internationally legal issue on the business of content industry, e-commerce, entertainment, property and relevant local taxes. I have learned as for the procedures in Ministry of Communication and Information of Indonesia, Ministry of Commerce of Indonesia, Ministry of Social Affairs of Indonesia, DJHKI, PTSP, and National Land Affairs Agency (BPN), beside license making also built up a good relationship with the government, POLRI (polsek, polres, polda, mabes/bareskrim), notary/ppat, advocate(s), telcos (like XL, Tsel, Isat, Hutch3, Viettel, Mobilink, VodaFone, DoCoMo, Sudomobile, Mobafone, Smartfren, etc) HKI consultants and property or architect consultants, property brokers, and several the national pressman. Regarding to the contract, sometimes KB or its partners always involving me to meeting with, related to negotiating in the preparation of the contract. And every months I always giving my time sheet of works to Legal Director and head of HRD (upon requested by the company).
