  Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) is a national organization of local chapters which provide after-school programs for young people. As lead staff, I am co-responsible with my unit director for the development and effective implementation of all programs within our designated club. In addition, I hold the billets of our teen program director and Athletic coordinator. I am the Coach. In these positions, I am responsible for facilitating a mentally, emotionally, and physically challenging, yet safe and beneficial environment for the youth.
