Fengyi and I had the pleasure of working together at Grab, Google, and imToken, and she is one of the best User Researchers and Leaders I have ever worked with. As a User Researcher, she has solid research skills, deep user empathy, she is analytical and calm, has a strong product sense. She always stays objective and user-centric, which has also helped her establish good trust with stakeholders. At the same time, she is good at communication and collaboration, a true team player. Fostering a UX culture in a startup company can be challenging. During her time at imToken, as the User Research leader for the startup company, Fengyi brought user-centricity to the web 3.0 industry. Through profound user insights and data analysis, she helped the entire company understand the importance of UX. By introducing user research and UX into the product development cycle, she ensures that user needs are being considered throughout the end-to-end, and part of the decision-making process too. She encourages collaboration between UX & xFN stakeholders to ensure that everyone is working towards a common goal, helping to build a culture of empathy and understanding for the user's needs.
