Feng came to work for AND as a QA principal but very quickly grew to be so much more than that. It has been amazing to have Feng as part of Somerville and AND Digital as a whole. His technical acumen is second to none and he has a real passion for helping grow others as well, and he is one of the most dedicated and conscientious people I have worked with. I regularly setup the test environment with the prototype of the new features and invited users to try it out. I improved my HTML5, CSS, Javascript, SQL and .NET framework knowledge in my free time to perform static analysis on the code and I was able to find about 30% defects without running the software.
