It was such a pleasure working with Feng when he served as a Genius (technician) at Apple retail. Genius is one of the most challenging positions at Apple. Feng always surprised us with his superb customer service skill and great technical skill. Feng is always willing to go above and beyond to provide the best solution to every customer. When the store was busy, Feng managed to work with multiple customers at the same time. He can always remain calm under pressure. Also, Feng is a great resource for our team. Whenever I encounter a technical problem, I would always go to him and seek advice. Besides, Feng is able to deliver great experience to our international clients with his multilingual skill. He is highly recognized and respected by both his peers and his managers. Feng is very friendly, outgoing, intelligent and humorous, I highly recommend him without hesitation.
