My role as a UNICEF student volunteer and Head of Marketing at USTR involves leading dynamic committees in executing engaging marketing initiatives. With a strategic mindset and creative flair we formulate innovative marketing strategies for promotion efforts and foster awareness among fellow students. With impactful actions and events we raise funds and awareness for vital UNICEF projects. Together with USTR, we strive to make a difference in the lives of children in need, one impactful campaign at the time. Show less

During the Micro-finance project, I helped supporting female entrepreneurs from different local disadvantaged communities in Tanzania and help them secure financial independence by supporting them with skills training and knowledge transfer through presenting about bookkeeping and business strategies. As a graduation intern at Hallmark Benelux, I had the opportunity to write my thesis within Hallmark Digital CX team for the first four months. For my thesis I researched the customer experience of the mobile users of the website Hallmark.nl. After a successful research with many relevant results for Hallmark Digital, I finished my thesis (grade: 8) and extended my internship with two months of working within the team. During these two months I mainly worked within the CX team on SEO, CRO and optimizing the partnership process. Show less

As a student coach, I guided first-year students in writing their first business plan. I did this by coaching, providing feedback, taking assessments and a final evaluation. Coaching students was very instructive, because I was able to share and apply my own knowledge about different marketing models. In addition, I developed a bit of management and leadership by taking the reins myself. As a student coach, I guided first-year students in writing their first business plan. I was given the opportunity to gain experience at one of the largest e-commerce players in the Dutch and Belgian market, where growth and innovation are paramount. During my internship, I have been working on improving the content on product pages, analysing the customer journey and answering customer questions, optimising in-store communication to the customer, setting up and executing marketing plans for new products, actively thinking about innovative ideas to improve the shop, independently picking up projects, analysing and creating customer journeys and using marketing tools on the product page.
