  Attending to sales inquiries vide email and phone calls. Preparing quotations and proforma invoices against customers' inquiries and follow-up with the customers for orders. Follow-up with the production team when the goods are ready for delivery. Preparing all the related documents for local or overseas customers (i.e. Certificate of Origin and other related documents). Daily communications with Division Manager and Customer Service team on priorities & KPIs. Tight cooperation with warehouse team to ensure all incoming goods/orders are processed according to priorities. Weekly reporting to management on status quo such as shipments pending for delivery/collection, value of goods in hand, possibilities and threats to achieve Sales Forecast. Responsible for ensuring monthly sales forecast is prepared (together with the management) as well as met, by accurately planning the flow of shipment well in advance.
