▪ Production Management: Control of parts that are molded in the company's day to day, checking what was produced in the factory on the day. ▪ Production Planning and Control: Control and capture of the appropriation sheets that control what each employee in the plant, in his or her respective sector and time, performs during the period he or she is in the plant. ▪ Industrial Management: Checking and control of inputs, labor, and machinery that are used in the manufacturing of precast parts. ▪ Quality Engineering: Launching and verification of the specimens that were made in the laboratory, from each concreting of precast parts. Examples of precast parts are: prestressed beams, slabs, pre-slabs, prestressed walkways, reinforced earth (structuring of flexible containment model walls used to make viaducts), among others.
