I directed the most extensive field campaign in the district’s history. Continued involvement through the 2024 campaign. ● Hired and managed a nationwide team of 130 high school, college, and post-graduate interns from a pool of 300 applicants. Interns completed 700,000+ canvassing phone calls and numerous research and policy projects. ● Developed and oversaw the execution of the campaign’s field efforts, including 24,000 miles driven across CO-3 with the candidate in five district-wide tours, and collaborated with other Democratic statewide campaigns and the Colorado Coordinated Campaign. ● Delivered stump speeches, answered policy questions on the candidate's behalf, and managed the campaign’s main email accounts. ● Directed a statewide handwritten postcard initiative, mailing over 60,000 postcards from hundreds of volunteers across the state. ● Recruited hundreds of volunteers for the Democratic Party in the District’s 27 counties and assisted county party chairs with canvassing, phone banking, text banking, and other outreach efforts. ● Served as primary aide during New Member Orientation for the potential Congressman-Elect. ● Attended US House of Representatives Staff trainings and briefings and developed relationships with Members of Congress, Reporters, and Congressional Staffers.
