As Safety Coordinator am carrying out the following activities:- Training of Employees & Contractors on HSMS safety Advisories & Standards requirement ( Am a certified competent trainer & advanced facilitator). I carry out general & task specific safety induction to Employees, Contractors and Visitors as per requirement. Working closely with OSHA and other community stakeholders to enforce compliance to OSHA requirements. I carry out plant HS risk analysis/GA/prepare and update plant hazards inventories as well as coaching Employees on how to identify all hazards before executing tasks in a job. The facility or waste water treatment plant is performing efficiently and excellent. That is a big achievement to me and a reputation to Tanzania Breweries Company Limited on the good practice of treating effluent water and recycling the water for irrigation, cleaning and other use.
