Moved to Bulk as one of the first hires in a rapidly expanding team due to the business becoming more complex with expansion into Europe. I was looking to prove myself further outside of Petersham and gain more experience in FMCG and eCommerce. The role also has plenty of exposure to manufacturing which has been an extremely interesting and demanding element of the role. • I built and developed a WSSI for each category - the basis of these files was also taken and used for the other categories managed by our team. All the cover calculations are based off my own sales mix forecasts and are adjusted weekly based on the trends in our D2C and Marketplace to identify any risk • Managed down the stockholding significantly to be in line with budget while keeping availability at +95% across approx. 500 SKU's. • Produce analysis to the operating board on SKU mix, delists and potential growth opportunities • Collaborate with product team to launch new SKU's and trading team to execute promos whether for acquisition or to reduce BBD risk • Directly manage supplier relationships and forecast demand well ahead of delivery to ensure availability and pricing • Work with suppliers and shipping agents to frequently bring in stock from China and the Middle East (EXW, DAP)

After a promotion to JM I worked to drive further revenue growth and improvements in margin whilst building and maintaining a new WSSI for the total retail inventory and then the separate sites on top of that. My target was to bring down the total inventory value and bring in a more efficient stock holding.• I managed the communications out to suppliers during the initial COVID lockdown and then planned and executed the re-opening strategy - bringing record sales and also moving on large amounts of excess stock at a strong margin• Managed an MAA and developed them to an AM level and mentored a Stock Controller• Produced and presented each seasonal range plan to the director and owned the entire range from start to finish in cooperation with the Head of Buying• Final decision maker on category mix and volume

I was an integral part of the opening of a new store in Covent Garden and the launch of a new eCommerce platform in July 2017. This meant the responsibility for processing deliveries was transferred to our new central warehouse and I was able to focus more on my new responsibilities to maximise revenue across all three ‘sites’. These included:• Provider of all retail sales analysis for both stores• Forecasting sales of lines from our top suppliers and then negotiating purchase orders to gain stock at favourable prices• Communicating with the warehouse as to their priorities with deliveries to process, then allocating the volumes of SKUs should be sent to each store and when.
