From the day she started as a GRA, Felisa was nearly instantly an integral part of our team. She was both conscientious and industrious. We knew we had to snag her for a full-time role when she graduated and we did! I still think it was one of the best decisions our team has made to date. When COVID changed our work significantly, Felisa showed again and again how quickly she could pivot while still maintaining high-quality work. She's able to analyze a situation and think strategically on how to move forward. She is also continually working on honing her skills and absorbing skills and habits from the top-performers around her. Felisa clearly is poised to continually grow in her career.
