It was acquired by Fosun Corporation in 2017. • Successful implementation of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, leveraging team morale and delivering new features faster, with a known and organized product backlog. With this, it was able to manage 5 simultaneous and complex projects from scratch, plus business as usual support, with a team of 15 members. • Standardization of development processes and development stack, using tools like JIRA Software, JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Portfolio, Bitbucket, Bitbucket Pipelines (for Continuous Delivery), Docker and Swagger. • Helped to define the new software architecture model: SaaS with microservices and an API Manager/Store to service availability/discovery and Docker to fast service deployment. • Team management: from HR recurrent tasks to carreer plan of all team members, tracing goals for their objectives aligned with the company ones and measuring it providing constant feedbacks of their achievements. • Encouraged the self-organization, constant learning and a friendly, cooperative and non-competitive working place, with a modern team management style, oriented to people first, always listening to them and giving them voice.
