In the time that I’ve worked for Felipe, he has proven to be both an exemplary leader and effective manager. Simultaneously managing operations with precision and providing mentorship to myself and others, Mr. Stalions quickly established himself as a role model for the team. Through methodical analysis of critical operational conditions and hands on approach to maintaining day-to-day operations with efficiency, Mr. Stalions has shown to execute; with both professionalism and a strong moral fiber. Coupled with a positive demeaner and a hard-earned work ethic, these things rendered Felipe a joy to work with. Mr. Stalions will prove to be a valuable constructive asset to any operation.

I had the pleasure of working with Felipe Stalions while he was a drilling consultant with Rosetta Resources, in West Texas from 2014-2015. Impressed with many of Felipes qualities, the one that stands out above the rest is his ability to remain calm and delegate in a fast paced and sometimes very chaotic situation that goes with being on a drilling rig. He always maintained a level of professionalism in dealing me as a vendor, working through invoices, call out times, and any issues or concerns that arose unexpectedly. Felipe was always good at finding a solution when things did not go as planned, it seemed to be second nature. I consider the time I worked with him as priceless as I always walked out his office more knowlegable about the drilling process than when I walked in. Felipe will be a great asset wherever he goes!
