Among my main responsibilities are Growth Marketing in the different offices in coordination with the different Country Managers. Study the potential and carry out the different projects for the positioning of the organization.• I created the corporate identity manual of the company, ensuring a correct visual of the organization on all its platforms and improving the general branding of the brand.• I designed all the graphic materials necessary to carry out a correct dissemination of the company, as well as all the necessary documents for commercial management.• I created, designed and programmed the new website of the company, achieving a substantial growth of unique users, improoving the user dwell time, halving the bounce rate and multiplying the number of monthly page views by a large amount.• I created, designed and programmed the new Marketplace of the company to be able to bring the company's products to everywhere in the world.

In charge of both the digital and traditional marketing of Encatex and its stores – Cartoons. I led the e-commerce project from the beginning, defining the strategy, usability and overall experience of the site, being also in charge of taking the product photography. Establishment of the marketing & e-commerce budget and the KPI´s for subsequent monitoring. Implementation of various marketing strategies, customer service for both digital and face-to-face experience., Planning and management of digital campaigns, graphic design, video edition, among others.• I inaugurated the Marketing area with excellent results, established a relevant budget for the area as well as defining KPIs to study the follow up. Established a monthly report where the main indicators, benchmarking and strategies to achieve them are analyzed.• We created the Cartoons Online Store with more than 7,000 SKUs, paying special attention to the aesthetic level, keywords and overall usability of the site. We also launched our Official Store in the marketplace MercadoLibre, in which we achieved “MercadoLider”.• I implemented a database system in our stores to be able to establish a multi-channel strategy and approach our clients from different channels. Marketing 360º.• We opened our fourth commercial store in a Shopping Center (Nuevocentro Shopping).• I optimized the SEO of the web pages to reach the first position in several keyword results relevant to the business units.• We launched and managed many Official Stores in MercadoLibre for the brands that we represented such as Disney, Nickelodeon, Döhler, among others.

I was in charge of establishing the 2019 budget and annual marketing plan for the four brands in the group, defining an Inbound Marketing strategy, monitoring and optimizing the digital campaigns which were in progress and planning those for the following year. Produce and edit JobCasts, among other videos. Collaborate with the advertising of several JobPosts as well as the participation in Job Fairs. In this period, we planned and executed the diffusion of the TemPlaR program in conjunction with INEFOP. We also produced the institutional ManpowerGroup video where we placed a strong emphasis on Brand Employment.

Among my main responsibilities were both the digital and the traditional marketing of the group's four brands (Manpower, Experis, ManpowerGroup Solutions and Right Management). The elaboration of the annual marketing plan, as well as defining and distributing the marketing budget, in addition to managing and negotiation with our key suppliers. Management, creation, and design of content on Social Media for the brand and its managers, as well as the weekly newsletter for candidates and for clients the administration, optimization and monitoring of Digital Campaigns, as well as SEO optimization and the administration of all its websites, writing the press releases, magazines and blog articles as well as a weekly newspaper for the company and for the managers. Represent the brand in different events related to the HR field, in addition to organizing different conferences and events. Manage Internal Communication and implement plans to improve the working climate, as well as strengthen and build a better Employer Branding. In addition to being part and collaborating in the ManpowerGroup Communication and Marketing committees for Latin America and the Global Marketing committee.• We successfully launched two of the Group´s brands, Experis and Right Management, effectively reaching our target audience.• We were awarded for two consecutive years (2017 and 2018) as the Consultant firm with the best Employer Branding, an award granted by the Sociedad Uruguaya de Gestión de Personas. In 2017 I had the honor of receiving the award on behalf of the organization, in an event held with different HR figures and leaders.• Increased Thought Leadership entries by 600% (events, notes in newspapers, magazines, interviews on the radio, among others).• I led the start of the company’s digital transformation, assuming different roles in the implementation of technology used at a regional and global level.
