Course: Derecho Colectivo del Trabajo and Derecho Sindical y Libertad Sindical. The courses are designed as intensive courses to be taught in one week each, four hours per day. The activities take place one week per year (currently online) and besides the planning and delivery of classes I am also responsible for grading the students’ final paper. Visiting professor. As a labour lawyer in strategic litigation, representing trade unions and employees in their labour and political rights, I was responsible for class actions law suits at local and national levels. Strategic litigation and legal advice. - Hard case experience: I was hired to deal with one case, a class-action lawsuit proposed by the Trade Union, seizing 256 containers of company’s raw materials. The company was close to bankruptcy. It was a four-month period of litigation and multileveled negotiation (Municipality, State, Prosecutors Office, Trade Union, Ministry of Agriculture, Custom House, Landlord, Exporters), which resulted in the release of 192 containers seized and consequently the recovery of the company.
