As a labour lawyer in strategic litigation, representing trade unions and employees in their labour and political rights, I was responsible for class actions law suits at local and national levels. Among my main achievements I highlight the following in which I developed key strategies and legal arguments: -Injunction against multinational Carrefour Inc. due to illegal bathroom restrictions towards employees (https://www.conjur.com.br/2018-ago-05/hipermercadoproibido-restringir-usobanheiro-funcionarios); -Injunction against state-run power company Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras SA to stop privatization because of the violation of constitutional labour rights; (https://revistaforum.com.br/politica/urgente-justica-mantem-suspensa-privatizacao-daeletrobras/; https://www.reuters.com/article/eletrobras-privatization/labor-court-suspendseletrobras-privatizationidUSE6N1QW07S); -Injunction against multinational Sky because of the violation of employees' political rights (https://portal.trt3.jus.br/internet/conheca-o-trt/comunicacao/noticiasjuridicas/jt-mineira-proibe-sky-deconvocar-empregados-para-manifestacoes-de-protesto-contralula); -Injunction against state-run oil company Petróleo Brasileiro SA - Petrobras to stop privatization of 34 oil camps because of the violation of workers' participation rights (https://www.valor.com.br/empresas/6016915/juiz-de-natal-suspende-negocio-de-us-453-milhoes-dapetrobras). -I also contributed to the strategic litigation against Vale SA to hold the company accountable for the collapse of the Brumadinho Dam on January 25th, 2019.

Strategic litigation and legal advice. - Hard case experience: I was hired to deal with one case, a class-action lawsuit proposed by the Trade Union, seizing 256 containers of company’s raw materials. The company was close to bankruptcy. It was a four-month period of litigation and multileveled negotiation (Municipality, State, Prosecutors Office, Trade Union, Ministry of Agriculture, Custom House, Landlord, Exporters), which resulted in the release of 192 containers seized and consequently the recovery of the company.
