  In a busy Catering and Event environment I managed the valued accounts of both Premier Kennett and Premier Bracks at The Department of Premier and Cabinet.In this role I liaised with Premiers and Protocol Departments to ensure the right food, wine and service were provided for the many functions held for visiting dignitaries. This was a fast paced and highly charged position I also had the joy of working closely with the Event Department at State Library of Victoria during the changing enviroment as the Library was refurbished and many functions were held.
