We help cut away the waste in effort, time, and money for our clients by targeting corporate functions that are inefficient and by creating humanistic approaches to automation, helping people be, act, and do better through human connectivity.The two corporate functions Supercharge Lab is currently optimizing through our engine are sales and customer acquisition, and marketing strategy.Roles & Responsibilities:● Prepares data reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.● Create, update and maintain a sales pipeline and CRM of prospective clients, while ensuring movement down the pipeline and creating logs of outstanding tasks.● Produce and create marketing materials and outbound messaging on behalf of clients, taking into consideration market positioning, value proposition, and target industry vertical, among others.● Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.● Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.● Documented internal processes and practices to improve and ease on-boarding process.
