I met Felicia in the MBA program at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. We took several classes together and worked on many projects. During that time, I have gotten to know Felicia quite well. I enjoy her integrity, extensive IT knowledge, and determination to excel. Felicia is a pleasure to work with because her pleasant and positive attitude can make nearly any work seem fun and interesting. She usually became the leader of our group projects and always handled the position fairly by making sure everyone had equal amounts of work that they enjoyed. If we had someone in our group who would continuously complain, rather than getting upset, Felicia would continue to point out the positives until the person began to enjoy themselves. For classes, Felicia always took the initiative to make sure her work was done exceptionally well. She also made sure she was thoroughly prepared to participate in class discussions. Due to her love of statistics and determination to spread her passion of success, Felicia provided extensive study materials for the professor to utilize in all his classes and organized a study group where students were able to understand the importance and intrinsic value of statistics in the MBA program. Although Felicia has graduated, the excitement she put into her groups has given the other students the passion to want to excel in the MBA program. With her relentless motivation and her knowledge in several areas, Felicia would bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to any organization.

We had a MBA course together, and did several projects together. I was impressed by her leadership skills and expertise in computer systems. She has all the quality to be an excellent leader which includes organizational, problem solving and managing people skills. She demonstrated her leadership numerous times on the various projects that we had to do in class.

She did an excellent job configuring our virtual server but the recent skill that I’ve been able to take full advantage of is her script writing. While I’ve used many of her scripts over the years I enjoyed the full power today when I was able to use the knowledge she gave me to deploy printers to 84 PCs in no time at all. It was a thing of beauty. Her script writing makes it possible for me to be a one person IT department and successfully manage 200 PCs.
